By sponsoring, your company or organization will receive the following benefits, based on the level of contribution:

  • Gold ($5,000 and above): Three complimentary registrations, discounted exhibit space ($500), widespread recognition.
  • Silver ($2,500 to $4,999): Two complimentary registrations, discounted exhibit space ($500), widespread recognition.
  • Bronze ($750 to $2,499): One complimentary registration, discounted exhibit space ($500), widespread recognition.

By supplying the Symposium final program/abstract book, your company will experience heightened visibility by attendees during and long after the meeting.)

Note that the discounted exhibit space does not include an additional complimentary registration.

Become an Exhibitor

Exhibitor spaces will be located in the symposium hotel on the same floor as all symposium sessions and in the same room as refreshment breaks to provide exhibitors maximum exposure and traffic. Spaces are distributed on a first-come, first-paid basis; sign up today to have a better selection for your exhibitor space.

Exhibitor fee: $950 by 2/1/18; $1100 after 2/1/18

Includes: 8' x 10' space, pipe and drape, one basic wi-fi connection, one complimentary registration.
