The IPM Symposium is able to facilitate meeting spaces for small group meetings. Be proactive and get a space and time to reconnect in-person on special projects and updates.
To save travel costs, take advantage of the opportunity to schedule meetings for your group or organization before the symposium on Monday, March 3, or after the symposium on Friday, March 7. Facilities have been reserved to accommodate such meetings.
Meeting rooms are also available in the evenings during the event for informal conferences.
To express interest for your group, please complete request form found at the “Request Meeting Space” link. If you have questions, contact Elaine Wolff and include the group’s name in the subject line. The room rental fees will be covered by the IPM Symposium. Any food or audio-visual costs will be the responsibility of the meeting group.
There is a limited amount of space – so space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
